2. Eligible Reasons for Returns

  • The container arrives with major undisclosed structural defects
  • The container is not fit for its intended use due to verified faults

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-built or modified containers
  • Containers sold as “As-Is”
  • Containers altered after delivery
  • Containers damaged by customer misuse or third-party handling
  • Cosmetic wear consistent with used containers, including:
    • Surface rust
    • Dents
    • Scratches
    • Paint fading
    • Previous repair marks

These are considered normal characteristics of used shipping containers and do not constitute defects.


4. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all containers immediately upon delivery.

If any issue is identified, customers should:

  1. Take clear photographs of the issue
  2. Notify our team as soon as possible
  3. Provide delivery and order information

Prompt reporting helps us resolve concerns quickly and efficiently.


5. Return Authorization

All returns must receive prior approval from Wallis Containers Ltd before any container is returned or collected.

Customers requesting a return must provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs where applicable

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


6. Refund Process
